Cafetto® is now proudly certified with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. This is a certification of international standards stating that Cafetto complies with all requirements of the ISO 14001 including the development, manufacture, storage and dispatch of cleaning and sanitation chemicals.
This environmental management system is made up of a set of rules and regulations that define how our company interacts with the environment across all aspects of the business. The management system is built up of plans, processes, records, and policies that all align with Cafetto’s business processes. As care for the environment is vital we follow specific guidelines and processes within our business that focus on:
- Sustainability
- Preventing Pollution
- Minimising our Environmental Footprint
These apply to all aspects of the business. Examples include:
Packaging and Formulations
This includes the use of recyclable packaging and minimisation of packaging through concentration of product formulations. Cafetto also prioritises the use of organic, safer and highly biodegradable ingredients in our formulations.
Waste and energy management
Fundamental to this element is the elimination of chemical waste and prevention of chemical spills from entering the stormwater system or environment. This is achieved through care in maintenance and the bunding of all production and warehousing sites.
Reporting and Monitoring
Cafetto reports to multiple government bodies on our businesses environmental impact. This includes issues such as environmental pollution, waste water disposal, and reducing the harmful impact of packaging on our environment.
All elements within the Environmental Management System allow Cafetto to confidently maintain the highest standard of environmentally conscious processes throughout the business.
The Cafetto brand is also certified with:

- ISO 22000 – Food Safety Management System
- ISO 9001:2015
These certifications ensure that Cafetto meets or exceeds global standards, allowing you to have confidence in hygiene and safety with all Cafetto products.
