Alkaline Milk System Cleaning Powder
MFC Powder Eco is an alkaline milk cleaner for daily use which is certified for organic systems. It removes fat, leaves no odours and helps control scale to reduce build up in automatic milk frothers. MFC® Powder Eco is registered by Australian Certified Organic (ACO) as an allowed input in organic systems. When used as directed is 99.999% effective against E.coli, L. monocytogenes.

Milk System
- Flush milk out of system with 500mL of fresh water.
- Add one 10g sachet or 3 scoops to 500mL fresh warm water in a container or jug.
- Stir until powder is completely dissolved.
- Flush the entire solution through the milk system following the machine manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.
- Once the solution is dispensed, rinse the container. Fill the container with 1 litre of clean water and flush through the milk system to thoroughly rinse.
- Do not mix with other chemicals.
Steam Wand
- Open steam valve and blow out any milk left in the nozzle.
- Add one 10g sachet or 3 scoops to 500mL (2 cups) fresh cold water in a container or jug.
- Stir until powder is completely dissolved.
- Soak steam wand for 10-15 minutes.
- Purge it to ensure all cleaning solution is removed. Wipe clean with microfibre cloth.
- Do no mix with other chemical prioir to use
