Cleans Milk Systems
MFC® Ultra is a heavy-duty milk line cleaner for fully automatic machines with high milk soil build-up. Its concentrated formula breaks down and removes milk fats and proteins, helping prevent blockages and maintain consistent performance.
Suitable for high-volume machines or those with frequent blockages, it can be used daily and works alongside LOD Black Heavy Duty Descaler in a combined cleaning protocol.
Use combined MFC® Ultra and LOD Black protocol for machines with persistent blockages, high milk soil build-up, or scaling issues. Follow standard cleaning procedures for fully automatic machines.
Directions
Cleaning Milk Line
- Prepare 1:20 dilution of MFC® Ultra in water (50mL per 1L).
- Place the inlet lines into the cleaning solution. Activate the machine’s cleaning routine to flush milk from the lines and replace it with the cleaner.
- Run a cleaning cycle through the machine for 10 minutes.
- Prepare 2L of fresh tap water. Place the inlet lines in the water and flush the milk system to rinse.
Cleaning Heavy Blockages/Combined Protocol
- Prepare 1:20 dilution of MFC® Ultra and run through the machine for 10 minutes, then rinse with fresh water.
- Prepare a 1:20 dilution of LOD Black. Run through the machine according to the manufacturer’s instructions for descaling.
- Rinse the machine thoroughly with fresh water to remove any remaining residues.
Recommended For
Selected fully automatic machines with high amounts of milk travelling in the throughput systems (more than 50L a day).
