MFC^® Blue Alkaline Milk Frother Cleaner

Provides excellent milk fat removal along with scale control of automatic milk frothers. MFC^® Blue also leaves no trace of odour after rinsing.

Independant testing shows Cafetto MFC Blue kills 99.999% of E. Coli, Salmonella enterica, Listeria monocytogenes and Enterococcus faecium when used in accordance with instructions.

Procedure for jug rinser

Add 50mL of MFC® Blue to 1 litre of warm water in a cleaning container. Ensure you replace the cap and seal tightly after pouring the required dose.
Stir until completely mixed.
Flush the entire solution through the milk system following the machine manufacturer’s cleaning instructions.
Once the solution is dispensed, rinse the container. Fill the container with 1 litre of potable water and flush through the milk system to thoroughly rinse.
Do not mix with other chemicals prior to use.
